CALLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS6 octobre 2003.After its first book ’A PERVERSE CULTURAL DECENTRALIZATION’, the REFLEX(E) group is launching its second book ’PARLIAMENT FOR CULTURAL AND ARTISTIC DEMOCRACY’, in scope of the September 20th 2003 ’FOR CULTURAL AND ARTISTIC DEMOCRACY’ meeting held at the First National Meetings of Plastic Artists organized by the association FRAAP at the Grande Halle of La Villette in Paris.
The vocation of The parliament for Cultural and artistic democracy’ is to follow and deepen thoughts upon artistic gestures in contemporary society and to communicate these positions and propositions as much as possible. This second book will give details of the stakes and functioning modes of this ’parliament’, its current members, basis of adherence, its ethic chart, as well as the axes on which the different thematic sub-groups are working in view of future meetings.
